1) Product Limited Warranty: Solbian Alternative Energy Srl (the manufacturer) warrants its Photovoltaic modules, including any connectors, from defects inworkmanship under normal installation and use and provided that they meet theinstallation instructions and mounting available site www.solbian.eu

If the modules with defects of manufacture, during the period of 24 months from the date of the invoice for the sale of Solbian Alternative Energy Ltd, the customer mustgive written notice to the producer the defect, the Manufacturer at its sole discretionwill repair or replace defective modules.

2) Exclusions: The scope of supply is limited as expressly stated in the offer.

3) Responsibility: The product must be installed by qualified personnel and follow the installation instructions and mounting above. The manufacturer assumes noresponsibility for errors in installation or damage that may result from these activities.

4) Transportation and Packaging: The product is packaged properly and shippedvia courier primary. Shipping damage must be notified at the time of delivery to the carrier and the manufacturer in writing within 3 days from receipt of goods.
