Installation and connection of Solbian panels by the Turkish distributor Tezmar

Tezmar, distributor of Solbian flexible solar panels for Turkey has recently carried out an installation of 16 Solbian panels - 12 SL90L panels and 4 SL80L panels with a total capacity of 1,400 Wp. The panels have been installed on a 85 ft yacht using most of the available surface. 

The goal was to reduce fuel consumption, which was 4 tons per month.

The installation was done by connecting 4 groups of SL90L panels in series and a group of SL80L panels using Western WRM15 charge controllers.

The results have allowed us to reduce the daily operating time of the engine from 10 hours to 3 hours per day and the fuel consumption of 1.2 tons.
