Dream&Charme presents the Crystal Suite

Solbian contributes to the Dream&Charme project "Crystal Suite", the first Italian glass house.

50 minutes from Milan, Crystal Suite is a balanced mix of technology and design, in perfect harmony with Nature. Many companies have joined the project, among them Solbian, which contributed with its solar panels.

Source: Dream&Charme – On the occasion of the 2016 Milan Design Week, the high profile hospitality leader in Italy with its 500 Dwellings and over 50.000 guests per year, presents its first luxury home decor collection.

In fact, the taste of the prestigious Dream&Charme Dwellings has inspired refined home and travel accessories, conceived to represent the Italian Lifestyle.

The products design starts from the “golden section” proportion, indicating in visual arts the relationship between two unequal lengths and also going under the name of “proportion of beauty and perfection”. This is the basis of their uniqueness, found also in Raffaello and Leonardo da Vinci’s paintings and in the extraordinary masterpieces by Le Corbusier.

Dream&Charme products, ranging from the living area furnishing designed by Silvia Fanticelli, to bedroom and bathroom linen and to the innovative and elegant travel bags, can be purchased on the dedicated e-shop and in some carefully selected stores.

But indeed, the most special and exclusive showroom is the “Crystal Suite Dream&Charme”, the first Italian glass house inspired by architect Philip Johnson’s masterpiece in New Canaan, Connecticut.

A structure made of crystal, steel and reinforced concrete, built following the sustainability basis in order to minimize impacts on the territory and to involve the local community with a long term enviromental and social approach.

Dream&Charme and a great milanese architect, after several years of work, have conceived and realized this fascinating project, joining nature, sustenibility, technology and design. The Crystal Suite Dream&Charme is located on a hill in Monferrato, only 50 minutes by car from the center of Milan. The Monferrato area is a land of truffles, great wines and traditional cuisine, with the honour of being included in the Unesco World Heritage list.

70 square meters where technology and design coexist in harmony: starting from the lighting system designed and customised by Nemo and the unique style of Cassina’s furniture, to the innovative technology of the revolutionary solar panels by Solbian and the Wekiwi green energy.

The Crystal Suite grants all the comfort you may look for in a special stay: from the fully equipped Boffi kitchen to the living area decorated in the De Padova Italian style, to the revolutionary conditioning system created by Mitsubishi Electric.

Provided with a Samsung TV 78’’ and with a Mirror Tv by Xenia Design, it has a garden of 2.000 square meters designed by the renowed AG&P studio, a sustainable outdoor flooring by Greenwood and garden furnishing by Roda.

Every detail is carefully designed: bathrooms by Gessi and precious marbles by Salvatori, Edilkamin modern fireplace, elegant Lualdi doors, a prestigious Eberhard desk clock and the new MyRun by Technogym.

Moreover, there is an home automation system by Simontech, which controls every element of the Suite, including the splendid chromotherapy hammam and the sauna by Effegibi to pamper the guests. The best of comfort is guaranteed by the Technogel mattress.
