Solbian panels for the Cave of the Salamander

Solbian has become the protagonist of an important installation in France.

In the town of Saint-Privat de Champclos (but only accessible from Méjannes le Clap) there is the only European cave entirely lit by solar energy: the Cave of the Salamander. The operation has seen a collaboration between Solbian and Sabic. The latter has made the polycarbonate cover on which Solbian solar panels were installed. Le Figaro, the popular French newspaper, recently mentioned the project in an article about solar panels production and the innovations related to it. The Cave of the Salamander is a project that blends perfectly with its surroundings making it a perfect example of how the combination of natural riches and technology it is possible and profitable.
