Sailbook Cup 2013 and Solbian

The third edition of the Sailbook Cup took place from August 3 to 10 in the Baltic Sea.

The competition, open to beginners and professionals, took place aboard monohulls yachts on the Gdansk - Gotland - Gdansk route with a stop in Visby. Stretching over 500 miles, this contest is, according to many, the most challenging sailing competition in Poland.

The organizer, Sailbook.pl, believes that this competition represents an excellent chance to promote the many opportunities the Baltic Sea has to offer to the world of sailing. Every boat that took part in the challenge, thanks to a special device provided, has been able to transmit informations about location, speed and direction and keep track of them on the real time map on the race website. On this occasion Solbian decided to partecipate by providing two SL40L panels and two SL40Q that have been donated as a reward to the competition winners.
